    Students feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/Faculty performance

    A written and oral feedback is taken after every semester

    Governance redressal mechanism for Faculty, Staff and Students

    Every class is having a mentor who is a faculty at the level of lecturer or asst. professor. In addition faculty members are made responsible for different areas of work for example Library, placement, Infrastructure, Extra- curricular events etc. These faculty members are supposed to be responsible for the maintenance and upliftment of the institute in these areas.

    The student /students who needs grievance redressal can first talk to the concerned faculty member who is the mentor of his class. The mentor in turn can speak to the faculties responsible for that area of work. If the issue could not be resolved at that level, the Director intervenes and resolves the matter in amicable way. In case the Director is unable to resolve certain issues in his capacity the issue could be referred to the Governing council. Though such case has not happened so far. The faculty and staff members could talk to the Director for redressal of their grievances

    The mentors of the respective class councils the students and help him academically or otherwise.

    We, at our institute give utmost importance to resolve the grievance at the earliest with fixed time frame and give justice in the matter.

    We would like to mention here that grievances about issues of Ragging, biased attitude of lecturers are immediately redressed.  The redressal is done within the framework of governed by guidelines of AICTE and University.
