2016The session covered the aims and objectives of CV, the purpose of CV and what to include in a CV. Tips on how to write CV. Do’s and don’ts s to be followed were discussed in the session. A few samples of CV were also presented by the expert to understand how an ideal CV should be, the common mistakes mad in CV etc. He also demonstrated how to tailor a CV for a particular job. He gave inputs on ‘How to make a CV clear and easy to read’. It was very interactive and informative session.

To inculcate the team spirit, to overcome stage fear and to inculcate reading habit among students MCA 2nd year students were divided in teams . The teams given various books to read on social issues and were asked to prepare a skit under the guidance of their faculty group Mentor. The best group got the rolling trophie and all students got small gifts as a token of appreciation

To motivate the students to read, Library day Was celebrated in remembrance of the father of library Science, Dr. S.R. Ranganathan. Competitions were conducted for students on "Book Reviews‘" & "Article Review". The students were given certificated and prizes. Also on the same day Book exhibition was organized.

Event : Meditation session

Mr. Pawar explained what is meditation and also explained Sudarshan Kriya and its importance . He shared how it helped him to overcome his health and study related issues. He taught simple meditation steps and "Bhrastrika Pranayam ".

HR interviews were conducted for MCA 2nd year students by Mrs. Renuka . Students were interviews and were given valuable inputs which will help them for their upcoming placements. Students foind it to be a good rehearsal. Total 10 students were intervied by Mrs, Renuka in front of the whole class.

Event : Reading Day Celebration

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the former President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, reading day was celebrated on 15th October 2015. On this occasion students were given Technical books to read and express their views.

Madhavi is a partner at Luminous Training & Development. She comes with 9 years of industry experience, largely in the field of Marketing. She has been conducting communication and soft skills training at institutions and corporate for over 4 years. She has handled areas such as customer acquisition, relationship management, creation of marketing content, handling marketing campaigns, manage customer database, conducting analytical reports, and negotiations for over 5 years.

Industry visit was conducted for MCA students to Persistent. The motive was to make the students aware about the corporate atmosphere and also domain specific knowledge. The students were benefitted by the session taken at the company by the experts.

The International Yoga day which was on 19th June was celebrated on 21st June. Dr. Seema Bhavan & Vidya, from National Institute of Naturopathy guided and taught yoga to the students. She explained the importance of yoga in getting relief from the stress, increase concentration & enthusiasm in day to day life.
