Employability Enhancement Programme (Pre placement Training) aims at sharpening the skills of individual’s for success in placement tests from Aptitude/Technical Tests to Group Discussions and Interviews.

To make students learn to think critically about mathematical techniques and logical reasoning. To enable students to effectively use and interpret the data and graphs.To enable students to apply quantitative reasoning and mathematical analysis methodologies to understand and solve problems.Aptitude training includes training in Quantitative, Verbal and Analytical reasoning. Aptitude Tests are conducted every week to give students training in logic building, time management and analytical

To groom the students for technical tests conducted in placement drives by IT organizations.

Organized on different topics to stimulate reflective thinking through exchange and sharing of ideas and enhance listening and communication skills.
  1. To enable students to apply GD etiquettes in real life scenarios.
  2. To enable students to speak in public with confidence.
  3. To develop general awareness amongst students.The students are evaluated on Communication skills, Knowledge on given topic, Flexibility, Leadership qualities, Clarity on concepts,Listening skills and patience and Assertiveness. GD sessions are conducted as per the Time table.

Career development mentoring is steered under two verticals with the objective of assessing the career road map for professionals.
1) Resume Wizard- This vertical is designed for effective resume building.
2)Interview Mock-up: This vertical is envisioned for learning how to answer questions, develop interview strategies, improve communication skills, and reduce stress before an actual job interview.
